Weekly Sunday Service

MABA offers retreats to guide individuals toward discovering their inner peace and improving equanimity through an extended practice of mindfulness and other meditation techniques. Some retreats are single full-day events and some are weekend-long events that require an overnight stay. Retreats are led by MABA’s monastic community and provide visitors with a safe place for relaxation and educational advancement in their studies and practice.
